Yingke London is a non-SRA regulated legal service provider. We strictly comply with the Legal Services Act 2007 and relevant SRA guidelines, offering only non-reserved legal services under English law.

If a client’s matter involves reserved legal activities, such as:

• The exercise of a right of audience (appearing before a court)
• The conduct of litigation
• Reserved instrument activities (including conveyancing and property transfers)
• Probate activities (preparing applications for grants of representation or related matters)
• Notarial activities
• The administration of oaths

These services will be handled exclusively by our partner UK law firms that are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), who will assume full regulatory responsibility.

Important Notice: As a non-SRA regulated legal service provider, Yingke London is not required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) under SRA rules, and our services are not covered by PII. For matters requiring reserved legal activities or where PII coverage is essential, we will refer clients to our partner SRA-regulated law firms, which maintain PII in accordance with SRA requirements.
